Australia Cake...Got a “Learn how to” Video!!!
So this past weekend, my younger sister brought over her Australian boyfriend and my family had a cookout. Earlier in the month, she had asked me to bake and decorate a surprise Australia cake. I have attached a picture and a tutorial video of it. You might get a chance to learn how to decorate with fondant accessories.
In this video, I explain how to color fondant, make edible paint, and also how to properly shape fondant in what ever you want to make. I only made simple stuff out of fondant so you can learn the basics.
From here on out, every cake that I do, I will post pictures and videos explaining the process of cake decorating. However, I did not film the actual decorating of the cake. It was my first time making these videos, so I kept it simple.
There are only three sections in this video. The first one, I will be showing you how to make a fondant boomerang. In the second section will be how to make a kangaroo crossing sign. Finally, in the last section, you will learn how to make a wavy Australian flag. If you have any questions or want to learn how to make anything specific, Please comment. Feel free to even send me a picture of something you would like to learn to make. Have fun watching.
