20 Facts about me!
This blog is going to be about twenty facts about me. So here's the deal, I'm going to make this post more of a guessing game. Through this blog post, is going to have hidden facts about me. So as you read, feel free to guess the hidden facts.
Have any of you guys ever thought about who you really are? Well I haven't thought much about it. So here's a little story describing who I really am.
When I was four years old, I had an easy bake oven. It was my favorite thing to play with. By the time I was twenty-three, I never realized that baking was one of my passions. So I started a bakery. I was always so shy before I opened my business. But having a business really helped me out. That and meeting my boyfriend there. He encouraged me to open up and to be outgoing. By then, he became my best friend. We've been together for two and a half years now and still crazy for each other. I really believe that the love we have is true, just like the fairytales that I enjoy. Then later after we met, even though he grew up in a different town, I found out that he knew a few of my old school bullies. It was pretty weird for me. Which is one of the reasons why I had very few friends. But I can always count on the ones that I did have.
I had some pretty awesome customers at my shop. Some came from different countries. It was pretty cool since I have family from Germany, Ireland, England and even an ancestor who's Native American. Davie Crocket also happens to be my ancestor. Lot's of family history. How interesting is that?
Before I decided to be a baker, I thought about other career options like cosmetology. I actually studied cosmetology my junior year in high school. I got the training but it clearly wasn't my passion. Although, it did give me an interest in nail art for a while there. Even thought about being a fashion designer. I mean, I sew and I even came up with a few of my own clothing designs. But that was a no go. There was also a time when I wanted to pursue music. Although, I don't play enough of it to dream it. So instead, when I was twenty-two, I started a Christmas light company. I love Christmas. It's so much fun being creative around the holidays, and decorating is the best.
Then when I was twenty-four, I also opened up a coffee shop and combined it with my bakery. Sometimes, in my spare time, I like to paint or rescue animals. Have any of you seen The Beverly Hillbillies? Do you know who Ellie Mae Clampett is? Her love for animals?
Story of my life.
The dog that I've had for almost eleven years, I rescued. I also rescued a rabbit who I have had for eight years. But passed away last year right after Easter. He was my little Easter Bunny. Kind of makes Easter a sad holiday for me.
For my twenty-fifth birthday, my boyfriend took me on an eight day cruise. One of our destinations was Belize. It was pretty awesome. We ziplined through dangerous jungles which is ironic considering my fear of heights. But what a rush. Think we might go on an Alaskan cruise next. So much fun. Traveling is so great. Everybody should do so much more of it.
Well that's the end of the story describing who I am. Thank you so much for reading.
If any of you were able to guess what my facts are or if you couldn't guess at all, here they are...
